The WeatherMaster Plus is a European-designed aluminum bi-fold door system manufactured by Sunspace. It uses an above-ground bottom-running track with bespoke hardware engineered for maximum panel weight, slim sightlines, and smooth operation. Panels fold accordion-style and stack at the edge of the frame, opening up the entire wall bay. It is available with WeatherMaster Vertical 4-Track windows as standard, with glass options including clear single pane and clear Low-E Argon insulating glass.

A standard sliding door opens a maximum of 50% of the bay. A swing door uses clearance space inside or outside the opening. A bi-fold door folds completely to one or both sides of the frame, opening the entire wall and leaving nothing obstructing the space. The WeatherMaster Plus Bi-Fold Door System is available with clear single-pane glass or clear Low-E Argon insulating glass. The Low-E Argon option provides improved thermal performance and is worth considering for spaces that are used regularly across multiple seasons. The system is also available with ViewFlex vinyl tints in Clear, Smoke Gray, Dark Gray, and Bronze.

The system includes a 30 mm polyamide thermal break in every extrusion, delivering a thermal value of 1.4 W/(m2.K). Combined with the Low-E Argon glass option, this makes it one of the most thermally efficient door systems available for residential porch and sunroom enclosure applications.

The WeatherMaster Plus system features concealed shoot bolt locking on intermediate panels with a single-point handle, optional key locking, robust aluminum frames, and multi-point locking hardware.
