The crew that installed the sunroom did a good job. It would have been 5 stars, except that one door hinge was not installed correctly.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had 13 windows installed in a West facing Carolina Room near the beach. The windows are beautiful from the outside. The vinyl material further makes them "break-proof'. They are not at all cold or sound proof however and both conditions make it difficult to use in Winter or for entertaining. Lastly, the windows spot and streak from any rainstorms and constantly appear dirty and especially when the sun comes through in the afternoon. It is a several hours exercise to wash, rinse and dry the 3 panels/ window. The panels pop out and in easily but doing this 8-10 times yearly is not feasible. Beautiful windows but not as functional as we had hoped.

We spend almost every morning in our sunroom, we are able to enjoy most seasons utilizing a stand up AC/Heater unit to keep comfortable temperatures. The windows are extremely easy to maneuver up or down. Cleaning is relatively easy, windows come out and get back in just as easy. Customer service is excellent, we had a slight problem and techs came out within a few days and remedied the problem. Best investment we made for our home. Highly recommend!
