William “Bill” Santora is an experienced builder with over 40 years in residential and commercial construction and home renovation. He founded his family-owned contracting business, Eastern Contracting LLC, on the Jersey Shore in 2003. By 2008, Bill expanded into sunrooms, becoming a Sunspace Sunrooms branded dealer, launching Sunspace of the Jersey Shore as a sister company.
In 2018, he brought this expertise to coastal North Carolina by opening Sunspace by Eastern Shore Sunrooms in the Cape Fear region. In 2024, Sunspace Sunrooms had a corporate logo change; during that time, Bill decided to drop the “Shore” and is now Sunspace by Eastern Sunrooms.
